For those of you joining us from the Sweet Spot blog, this is a welcome post. While we here at You Can’t Predict Baseball don’t normally provide the analysis you’ll find at the other excellent Sweet Spot-affiliated blogs, we hope to keep you entertained with the bizarre things that happen in baseball with our daily roundups – which we generally post after the games are done every night – and occasional longer post. And yes, we are big fans of sabermetrics, because it helps enhance the crazy for us.
