- A.J. Burnett at home this season is 5-0 with a 1.11 ERA.

Tim Lincecum gave up three runs in the first inning.
- This year, maybe that’s not so unpredictable :(
– It was to the As, though.

Jair Jurrjens three-hit the Red Sox through seven and two-thirds innings.
- He’s just up from AAA ball, where he had an ERA north of 5.00.

The Mariners and Padres game is currently 6-4
- through just four innings.
– It’s at Petco, too.

Andy Pettitte allowed five runs in the first inning
- or as many as he’s allowed in his last three starts combined.
– It’s the first time he’s done that since 2001.

    Belt stepped off the base intentionally. The bases were loaded and he was trying to get a force play at home. The catcher, though, thought he stepped on the bag and tried to tag the runner but was too late.
