    Joba Chamberlain, relief pitcher for the Detroit Tigers, an AL team, got to bat.
    - The Tigers promptly scored four runs, taking the game out of a save situation, which resulted in another pitcher coming in to start the next half-inning.
    – Chamberlain only threw one pitch, but it was a GIDP
